Over the past couple of days a considerable amount of brush work has been done to the lower and upper Main Bridge of the ship. I have a couple more brushes to finish around the Stern, and then I start the detail phase. As usual, I will show the progress diagram. This is an exciting time because it's the final phase before the first beta is released to the public. I apologize for the lack of updates and screen shots. I hoped to put more time into this project but as previously stated, real life sucks. There are four levels on the Main Bridge side. Lower Deck, Deck Level, Stern Level, and Navigation Level. New routes have been made making Lower Deck all the way up to Navigation accessible. The original Wetwork for COD4 did not have as many routes as this map. I believe this will make game play a lot more interesting.
For those who do not know, I have a business website where I sell vintage computer hardware, Electronics, and just about anything I can get my hands on to give consumers a great deal. Go here to check it out. I thank you for visiting, being patient, and believing in me. Whomever you may be.
Wow! It's been a while. Things have been hectic around the real life front. I just wanted to say not to lose hope on ship. I'm firing up the editor and updating here and there. Should have some juicy screen shots here in a minute. Other then that life has been good. Online business has been great. I cleared over 2k my first month. Well, it's a modest start at least. I wanted to give a shout out to all the loyal players that are still battling online and keeping TC:E real. Oh and Coroner, you rock man. I can't wait to try that new alpha out.
I'm pleased to announce that I've found a new home for StealthZone. Unlimited Web Space and Transfer for less then the other host. I'm still uploading the files for the repository. It's a lot of data so it will take some time. I hated having that stupid paypal link here. That's not how I operate. Anyway, I will be busy updating Ship as usual. I hope to complete the lower side of the stern. Then it's detail, detail detail!
This is for those who don't know what the ship's orientation is.
Well I can't say enough about Maui, Hawaii. It was the most relaxing time I've ever had. First time snorkeling and parasailing and it was a blast! I never experienced such warm clear water, it was surreal. Really trippy to be swimming right above little sharks, eels, and barracudas. Next time I go I will have a waterproof camera. There was just too much to see. Flying above the ocean around 800 feet is really quiet, all you can hear is the sound of the boat's engine. The view up there was very peaceful and relaxing.
Not all of the trip was blissful, we somehow managed to damage our $700 HD digital video camera while we were there. Our submarine adventure took off earlier than it was suppose to and we missed it by minutes. When we got home a nice voice message was waiting for me saying that I was let go from my security job. So ya, real life sucks!
I can't promise I will be working on ship as much as I wanted to. We have bills and other priorities I need to focus on. I'm just as sorry as you are to hear this news. I really wanted to complete ship like now!! However, I'm not giving up on it. I'm still gonna muscle down and find time here and there to work on ship.
